Mamm-Key Ti’s
Thingy 1-03 87 (VEV), is our special dairy buck. His first daughter
peaked at 14 pounds of milk, as a first freshener.
Another daughter, SG Mamm-Key Sugar Cookie 4*M, was a 2011 Top Ten Breed
Leader
being #5 in milk, #2 in butterfat, and #3 in protein. He has many
generations of Breed Leaders in his pedigree. The most recognized is his
grand dam, SG Mamm-Key Dancing Amie 2*M 9-02 86 (VEEV), who was #1 in
production in 2003, producing 5,290 pounds 287 days. Amie has many grand
daughters who are also in the Top
Ten.
Thingy’s sire, SGCH +*B Mamm-Key Slammer’s Titanium 6-04 88 (VVE), is
just as special. Titanium is well known for putting milk in the bucket
in many working dairies. GCH +*B Mamm-Key Legacy’s Slammer 5-04 85
(+EE), has two Top Ten daughters, Mamm-Key Tender Heart and Mamm-Key
Slam’s Hershey. Thingy’s paternal grand dam, SGCH The Teisha’s Felda
Profet 9*M 7-01 89 (VEEV), aka “Felda” was in the Top Ten in 2002,
producing 4,440 pounds of milk in 305 days; maternal grand sire, SGCH
+*B Cherry Glen Radical Hallmark AI 5-04 93 (VEE), has two 2009 Top Ten
daughters, SGCH Mamm-Key Gypsy’s Whiskey and SGCH Mamm-Key Gypsy’s
Shine, both producing over 4,000
pounds.
Thingy is a long, dairy buck with smoothly blended, high withers. He
comes from a long line of finished champions and animals that have shown
well over the
years.
